Clinton’s attorneys asked a federal judge on Wednesday to throw out the voluminous complaint against a number of Democratic Party actors and others.
“Whatever the utility of [Trump’s lawsuit] as a fundraising tool, a press release, or a list of political grievances, it has no merit as a lawsuit, and should be dismissed with prejudice,” Clinton’s attorneys David Kendall and David Oscar Markus wrote in the introduction of a 29-page motion to dismiss.

“The gravamen of [Trump’s] claims concerns alleged events occurring in 2016 and 2017, so the statute of limitations on his claims expired long ago,” the motion argues, citing the Federal Rule of Civil Procedure that governs dismissals based on “time-barred” claims.

I expect that the court will grant the plaintiff the opportunity to amend the complaint.

Doing such would be std procedure.

Performance litigation at it's highest level.

Nobody cares about evidence or legitimacy of the claim because he's fighting for them against their political enemy

It gets the ratings

Actually, Trump gets taken advantage of by a certain personality type because they know how to package their snake oil sales pitch to get him to buy into the scheme.

It's not all Trump's fault. Most of society is in on it too because most of society believes that an Ivy League Diploma automatically means that the person wielding said diploma knows something about something when often that couldn't be further from the truth. Not always, but it is often the case.

Admitting that 45 is dumb enough to be consistently duped by snake oil salesmen is the first step into confronting your mistakes, RAPEY.

I'm pretty sure George W.M.D. Bush disabused us of that belief.

Lol....he and his ilk are performing for ratings.

If he's the leader of the pack...then it's his fault. And he certainly knows that suing people works for him
