Neither Congress nor State Legislatures changed election law to allow for mass mail in balloting, lack of chain of custody, votes delivered AFTER deadlines, drop boxes, lack of signature verification etc.! In Detroit, DESPITE being under a Court order to allow GOP poll watchers into the counting facility, the Democrats wouldn’t allow them in. DESPITE THE COURT ORDER! All illegal, Unconstitutional and Federal Marshals should have been employed to halt counting.

So then you agree there's no need for a federal take over of elections. Just as the 2020 election wasn't rigged, Stacey Abrams didn't have the election stolen from her, and neither did Hillary by Russia.
