The fireplace is a Finnish mass oven, it burns approximately 12-16 kg of firewood in 2 hours, and keeps warm for days.
The top door is an actual oven, yes I have made pizza, chicken, duck, pies and a lot of different food in it.
It is a traditional firewood stone oven. (No need to waste good energy)
The sparse decorations, being Scandinavian, this is a typical interior style.
The spatial shadow: plants from the garden that are casting shadows through the windows.
