Follow-up on the January 6 criminals

The minimum sentence, even for the 'tourists' should be a year in Federal Prison, $10,000 fine and a permanent ban on voting and possessing boombooms.

"Good people on both sides."

Which Dems said Antifa doesn't exist?

Trump specifically excluded the people you claim he was referring to when he said that. But I'm sure you know that.

Jerrold Nadler did. And Kumala and a number of Biden campaign staffers raised money for the rioters' bail.

Anyone who actually commits an act of violence should be tried and locked up if convicted, and anybody who incited them to commit that act of violence should receive the same treatment.

Continue to investigate the January 6th riot and the other riots or incidents. The actors and the inciters must be held accountable.

I'm still waiting to see what sentence the ones cooperating will get and what charges those who actually conspired to do stupid shit will get added as a result.

We've seen such a small number of the dipshits actually make it to sentencing.

Funny enough the ones who plead guilty and got minimal sentencing have appealed the sentencing they knew they would get.

Except Trump never did that, A, and B, Democrats are alternatively claiming Antifa doesn't exist and bailing them out of the pokey to riot again.

Antifa hardly does exist, as an organization, and, to the extent it does, is not complicit in riots.

You mean guys like Ray Epps...who hasn't even been arrested:

Yes, I mean everybody, including those who got on microphone and told the crowd numerous times that they must march to the Capitol and then fight like hell to overturn what they continued to call a stolen election, even after all the recounts and judicial reviews of that election had already been completed.

Those words before an angry crowd constituted incitement, and all those who contributed to that language must be investigated with regard to their motives and desired outcomes, including, but not limited to, Ray Epps.

Anyone who is shown to have motives to incite that crowd and took action to do so should be punished to whatever extent the law allows.
