Cops fired on the car, but apparently some of the perps got away. I base that "shelter on place" order going out on emergency frequencies. They say they have a person of interest, could be the registered owner of the car.

The cops have a person of interest in custody. I will be VERY surprised if the guilty party is a Muslim or if it had anything to do with Shittenhouse.

I think the speculation is that the driver was a black man in his 30's named Darrell Edward Brooks Jr. Apparently he is a rapper with the name 'Mathboi Fly'. Supporter of BLM, although this event might have been an attempt to flee the scene of another crime, and may not have been a revenge attack. If what I've read is correct, those people were just in his way as he attempted to flee from the consequences of an unrelated crime.
