Rittenhouse Trial is Effectively Over

Incorrect. This is about self defense. Was Rittenhouse justified? Right now, it appears he was certainly justified in shooting the one guy that's not dead.

By video and testimony all three were righteous shoots. What I'm amazed by is the disconnect between what is actually happening in the courtroom and what many media outlets are reporting. According to some outlets Rittenhouse purposely hunted those individuals down and shot them. No mention was made of the fact that in each and every case Rittenhouse was trying to remove himself from the confrontation.

I just learned to fucking hate crowds during my years in "crowd control."

Trust me, when you have a few dozen unarmed security providers
in an arena of 20,000 people, at any point in which the mob
decides that it wants the stage, it's theirs.

Mobs do not run on logic and reason,
they run on emotion.

If he had not shot, he would have most likely been the corpse.

I guess, then to the woke mob (as witnessed here),
that would have been a righteous killing.

Yes, if they kill you, then it's totally justified. If you were to kill them then it's a horror and a tragedy and an injustice that must be rectified. And if the jury doesn't give them the satisfaction they want, they will hunt them down and take revenge on them.

Based on what I've seen that's publicly available - if I were on the jury I'd vote to acquit.

That other trial... the one where those dumbasses hunted down the jogger - I'd fry em.

(That's hyperbole - I'm opposed to the death penalty.)

Rittenhouse Trial Day 6: State’s Autopsy Expert Supports Self-Defense Narrative In Another Disastrous Prosecution Day.

, but remember that what expert outside observers think doesn’t matter. It’s what the jury thinks. And the jury is being threatened and followed.

According to some? Are a lot of people saying it?

A lot of the witnesses and evidence pertinent to the trial.

The justice system in the USA isn't a matter of popular opinion, you and the comrades desire to believe otherwise notwithstanding of course. :D

Mr. "There is a Riot. Let me get strapped and go down there, to freak out and kill someone!" boy needs to learn that actions have consequences. 30 years in the hole might be enough and he'll have wised up when he gets out.

His mother is complicit in this for allowing, helping, him get in this shit. She's an accomplice and should also bear the guilt.

Nobody should go to prison for defending themselves against lefty terrorist scum.

This is the USA, not Venezuela.

Kyle Rittenhouse appears to cry uncontrollably while testifying at trial

Crying Kyle, shows how freaked out he was at being in a bad spot because of his stupidity attending a riot.

Alleged killer Kyle Rittenhouse appeared to break down in tears on Wednesday while describing the scene that left two people dead and another wounded.

Rittenhouse took the stand on his own behalf on the second day of the defense's case in Kenosha.

While speaking about one of his victims, Joseph Rosenbaum, Rittenhouse became emotional and was apparently unable to continue.

Judge Bruce Schroeder quickly called a 10-minute recess. The judge could be seen comforting Rittenhouse by offering him a bottle of water.

Ish posted, “According to some outlets Rittenhouse purposely hunted those individuals down and shot them.” So you think that they’re right?

I guess your selective liberal vision lets you bypass and/or not comprehend what you don't want to see.

"No mention was made of the fact that in each and every case Rittenhouse was trying to remove himself from the confrontation."

I've seen enough video from both cases to know that the actions of Rottenhouse AND the Atlanta posse before each shooting were criminal:

1: The actions of the three Atlanta men before one of them shot Ahmaud Arbery were obviously criminal.

2: Rottenhouse was on video going around provoking his "enemies" before the fatal encounter, and only a fool would buy his claim of being in Kenosha to provide medical assistance and to protect a piece of property at the request of its owner. The owner of the property already testified that he never enjoined Rottenhouse for security, and Rottenhouse wasn't anywhere near the property he was supposedly protecting when he repeatedly initiated confrontations with his "enemies" under the pretense of asking if they needed medical assistance. In one video Rottenhouse initiated an interaction with a group of obviously non-distressed individuals and repeatedly asked if they needed medical attention while brandishing his AR-15 in a menacing fashion. It just so happened that the group who Rottenhouse was provoking included an individual Rottenhouse had a verbal altercation with earlier in the night,

Rottenhouse was "patrolling" the streets of Kenosha looking to start trouble. His "med-kit" was a fig leaf to cover up his true motives for being there. The fact that Rottenhouse stole items from another participant's real med-kit proves he was acting under false pretenses.

Rottenhouse will likely get away with shooting three people, but only because he successfully provoked them into aggressing against him. The three men from Atlanta may very well avoid the most serious charges against them, but only because Ahmaud Arbery chose to fight for his life.

The RWCJ will cheer them for that ^.

What a sniveling little racist bitch. He must post on the Lit.

Awwww someone is mad an American patriot is going to go free, because he did nothing wrong.

Stay mad comrade, and remember Rittenhouse should you ever be dumb enough to think taking a skateboard to a gun fight is a good idea.

Wouldn't want you to wind up like your terrorist pedo buddies in Kenosha ... it would be a shame to lose you. :D

That POS is going to have to live the rest of his life with that humiliating performance.

I have zero doubts that BoBo would give an identical performance under similar circumstances.

Bobo is way too pussy to do anything about anything. He doesn't really hold his convictions in high regard.

It's obvious at this point the prosecution never had a case. All they had was a manufactured narrative the Democrat/leftist national media carried forth. Their mission was to protect leftist rioters from the lawful deadly consequences of their sedition, which must at all costs be allowed to continue into the future to support the Marxist struggle.

They put on a sham trial for murder and left it in the hands of 18 jurors, who were never sequestered, and who have already been threatened by the left. The feckless and cowardly prosecution can now say, "we did our best" and blame any verdict negative to their cause on the jury.

Frankly as soon as those threats against the jury were made, the judge should have questioned the jury to find out if any had heard the threats and if so, declared a mistrial. Right now, the judge should protect the Jury by taking the all responsibility onto himself, which is his job, and order a directed verdict, since there is now no case against Rittenhouse that can be supported by evidence he didn't act in self defense.

Neither one had any business being there with a gun. Both should go to prison. Screw your self-defense argument. The kid wasn't on his front porch. It wasn't his property he was "protecting" (the owners of the property have even declared he was trespassing himself.) He had no business being there. He had no business being anywhere close to a protest--and definitely not with a weapon.

Get a brain. You people are nuts.

Open carry is legal in Wisconsin, so KR was perfectly within the law.
