Hence, the military is loyal to the people, who voted in the govt via fair and a democratic process, accepted by all non-traitors.

Since the people give all the power to the Constitution via following it, abiding by it, the military is also loyal to the Constitution as a result of the people (the citizens) who give them the power to do what they do.

In the UK, we have a real distinction. The military (and Police) are commissioned by the Crown. They are Crown Servants, not government servants.

In practice, they take direction from the government in power, but their oath of allegiance is to the Monarch, not the Prime Minister.

I once inquired as to why the UK has a "Royal Navy," a "Royal Air Force," but a "British Army." The answer, apparently, is that the British Army is institutionally continuous with Cromwell's anti-royalist New Model Army.

Biden's agenda is a complete Socialist take over of the country's economy and social programs.
