I’m also nosey about why people think they need to set up multiple “Alt” accounts*? I mean unless you have multi personality then surely people are going to see through you and if you weren’t accepted by people for being who you are then what do you think is going to happen when they find out that the 2nd or 3rd account you created is the person that creeped them out or fucked them off to start with is you? That’s gonna end well!

My husband is on here, but even before he was. We joined together, and posted pictures together. So he knows all about Lit. He talks to, or has talked to many of my friends. One of them jokes with him all the time. They call each other BFFs.

My kids (who are adults) know many of my friends come from an online forum. But they don't really know the true nature. But I've been chatting since they were born. Aol, Yahoo, ICQ etc. So they are used to that much.
So to anyone who asks. I'll either tell them the truth, or simply say online forums.
