Plot for sex with MILF

I am working on a story where the 18yo guy is holidaying with a group (5M, 2F) of friends. The plot requires that he remain behind to catch up with the group later.

The current premise is that he develops diarrhea and remains at the accommodation until he feels better. On his way to his friends, he met the MILF wbo took pity on him because the diarrhea caught up with him.

This is a pretty 'shitty' premise to encounter early on in the story and may be off-putting to some readers even though I am trying to keep the gory detail to a minimum. Any ideas for an alternative premise?

A headache may work, but I use this (faked though) as premise for follow up sex with the MILF.

The plot currently is that the group, tired after hours of driving, arrived late evening at their destination. No time to fish for sleeping partners. And the two ladies are the girlfriends of two of the guys in the group. The sex with the MILF is supposed to be the first action of the story.

Maybe he drove the night before and wants to relax on the first day of the holiday so he can enjoy the rest of the holiday? Or his ankle hurts from driving all day/night and he wants to put it up for a few hours?

It could be as simple as him going off the night before to check out the town, misses a bus back to the meet-up and texting his friends to go ahead and he'll catch up shortly. If the MILF-pity is part of the fantasy, him missing a long-planned good time and looking lonely should suffice in place of the running trots.

I'm sure there are whole sub-genres of scat, with avid readers, but surely you can come up with something slightly more erotic?

I'd suggest something else, like food poisoning from a bad meal. That could knock him off his schedule for one or two days, but it's not as gross.

They're holidaying in another country. His friends pass Customs and Immigration, but there's a problem with his passport. He's detained, and at a loss because he can't speak the language. The next day, the officials bring him a translator, an attractive, middle-aged expat, who works things out, and gives him a place to stay for the night so he can catch up to his friends later. No need for loose shit, then.

I should have provided more information, but I was cautious not to fell victim to my weakness of providing too much information. I'll provide some extra info on the plot below.

I have currently about 6500 words, so to change the plot line, like holiday in another country is a different story all together. The mild allergic reaction can work and there is potential in a hurt ankle.

Diarrhea and food poisoning boils down to the same thing in my oppinion. I do agree that Diarrhea is not erotic - hence my request for alternatives. It is not a fetish of mine and there is no sex scenes while the character has the problem. It does however assist in the following ways:
1. The character is left on his own in the groups accomodation. This allows him to meet the MILF.
2. It places the character in a position where he needs help, and the MILF offers her help.
3. It places the character in the MIL's home.

Up to this point, most of the alternative suggestions would work. At this point in the story, the MILF supplies a magic dope that cures his diarrhea.

4. The MILF suggests he take a shower where she joins him.

I battle to bend my mind to 'innocently' get the character into the shower on an alternative premise.

Additional background:
The story is set in South Africa and the group takes a 'freedom break' at a popular coastal town after writing their final school exam (locally known as final matric exam). They arrive late night at their destination - when the character started to experience his problem.
Day 1. The group leaves the character on his own to recover. When he feels good he walked along the beach to meet up with the group and meet the MILF instead who took pity on him and his problem.
Day 2. No specific action that involves this character - maybe some action involving the ladies within the group. (another story)
Day 3. No group action and everybody can do as they like. The character meets up with the MILF again.
Day 4. The character and the two single guys meet three young ladies for 3M + 3F group sex. (another story)
Day 5. The group takes a scenic tour and the character fakes a headache in order to meet up with the MILF.
Day 6. The 3 young ladies joins the entire group for 5M+5F group sex. (another story)
Day 7. The group returns home.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

All the better, then - make it a point of continuity.

Establish that he is prone to occasional migraines, use a migraine for the initial setup, and then later on "I think I have a migraine coming on... want to see if we can prevent it?" or whatever you had in mind.

With classical migraine, the headache is often preceded by a visual disturbance that gives some advance warning. Migraines are often affected by blood flow, and for some people sex genuinely can be a preventative.

My suggestion would be a backache after a long travel (car ride, cramped airplane, etc.). This would be believable and would be something that might start out as a minor inconvenience, but gradually become more painful.
A walk on the beach might have been what he thought he needed, but it keeps getting worse. This would let you keep his trip to the shore.
MILF could suggest giving him a massage or rub down with your magic potion-lotion.
It would also give an excuse to get in the shower, as a hot shower can help relieve back tension.

Unless you're writing a scat-fetish story, for the love of God, stay away from diarrhea; it's a shitty plot device and you're not going to get a crap ton of eager readers finishing your story when you plop it out.

This story forms indeed part of a sequel (lovecraft68). In another episode, he is visiting his mother's home with a friend. He is knocked out due to pain medication and is unaware of the action taking place while he sleeps....

The backache idea may just work (AlphaLyon). Also for the follow-up episode. It would require a workable change. The character in question follows the MILF up a flight of stairs to her holiday apartment and admires her firm buttocks. In the backace variation his arm may be around her neck and his hand ends up on her nice boob while she help him up the flight of stairs. Alternatively his arm is around her waist and ended up on her firm buttock.

Other ideas would still be appreciated.

I'll go against the group and suggest that the original idea of his getting the squirts is the logical fit for this scenario. Is it particularly sexy? Nah. But the arc is quite plainly designed around it and so, whatevs. You don't have to go into detail.

The folk South African cure for this would be rooibos tea. The actual cure, if your story cares, would be antibiotics. You can probably get away with either one: remember your readers are there more for the sex than the precision of medical detail.
