Voter Fraud Found and Confirmed

the rule here is that if a republican makes big noise about criminal activity/indiscretions/lies relating to the democratic party, be sure to turn that right around...projection's right up there in their playbook, right next to deny, deny, deny

.
At least the traitor had really good "reasons" for committing ACTUAL voter fraud.

*sarcastic nods*

This is just fucking sad -

Dec 21, 2020

Delaware County District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer Monday said Bruce Bartman, 70,
of Marple, voted in place of his dead mother.

Charged, and pleads guilty.

What happened to the Republicans that voted twice ?

Damn straight! It's called discretionary assistance to an incapacitated but legitimate voter. After all she was going to vote for the donald before she died, so it's perfectly legal and honest that her son does it for her. Of course the caveat here is it's only appropriate for Republicans to do 'cause they be smart unlike those low information Dem voters.

Speaking of fraud, it appears Trump is stealing taxpayer monies from another country—Scotland.

Not related to this thread in any way that I can see.

The guy wasn't given prison time, which is interesting because that's something that would clearly have a deterrent effect — assuming one actually did believe rampant voter fraud is a problem.

So the guy voted for his dead mother, he also tried to vote for his dead mother-in-law and he gets sentenced to five years of probation, stripped of his right to vote in an election for four years, and made ineligible to serve jury duty because he pled guilty to the charges and according to the prosecuting attorney:

"There's not public benefit to him being incarcerated," District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer said of the case, according to the Inquirer. "This defendant from the beginning has accepted responsibility for his actions, and he has paid the price for them."

Meanwhile in Texass Crystal Mason voted and unknowingly broke the law because she was a felon and she gets 5 years in prison?

total utter horse shit.

Wait for it...but, but, but, but, but, but...

Fortunately the Texas court of criminal appeals is reviewing Crystal Mason's case.

It doesn't change the fact that there clearly seems to be a racial/political element in how the two cases were handled.

While Crystal Mason's offense was obviously due to confusion about her voting eligibility, Bruce Bartman's offense was clearly intentional and he definitely should have received jail time.

Still, even with this blatant example, deplorables won't acknowledge why terms like "white privilege" and "Institutional racism" exist.

I do believe there was a racial component to her conviction, but I think the disparity in the sentences has more to do with who they voted for.

Agreed; that's why I included a "racial/political" element in how the cases were handled.

It also speaks to the bias in law enforcement in favor of those perceived as RW and against those perceived as LW; although it's all of a piece IMHO.

As a Red Chinese operative Joe Biden has been stealing from the American taxpayer most of his career.
