I think most people agreed with trump on his stance regarding china, so your comment is nothing but butthurt. He lost, get over it.
That seems a bit of a vague statement, it could mean that the repercussions might be diplomatic friction between China and Muslim countries or be a stumbling block between Muslim countries and China in a trade deal etc. Biden didn't explicitly say that there would be some sort of serious sanction from the United States towards China.
I do find it rather odd that he would threaten measures against China over something that in the previous breathe he dismissed as "cultural".

He was not being dismissive. That is a deliberate mischaracterization by the "Daily Sabah" which is the mouthpiece of the conservative populist political party in Turkey.
And why their opinion matters at all is something I find rather odd.
I suppose Turkey being a "Muslim country" and a NATO ally means it matters.

Well Turkey's conservatives trying to make domestic trouble where there is none with fake news, when the US Sec of State and the POTUS have clearly stated that the US policy is to consider the actions genocide and that there will be retribution, is something I am going to choose not to worry about.
Too bad the previous administration was too chicken shit to do anything about it until the final hours of 1/19/2021 as they were shutting out the lights.
ETA: But your attempts at trying to call out that isolated utterance as cultural relativism and a character flaw of Biden is just silly at best and intentionally divisive at worst.
Trump/Pompeo's failed trade war with China preventing them from calling the acts of the Chinese government towards their Muslim population geocide until 1/19/2021 however is something that should have concerned you and Turkey.

The Huawei ban was a good start. I work in a large data center and we are ripping all that gear out and replacing it with Ciena gear because the government says so. It was junk anyways. The cynical side of me thinks Ciena just has a connection to some politican's family members and it hasn't been outed yet.
Trump's stance on China is one of the few things he was actually right about.
Why don't you just admit that he was right on a lot of things?
