I already did look it up, before making my first reply above. That's how I know it's not as simple as you suggested here. It's also how I learned covid has hit people of color harder (not that it's surprising that it's been harder on people who are less likely to have access to health care, of course). But look, you're the one who posted the claim without a link and then attacked someone else who was merely following your lead.
If their interest was saving lives they'd prioritize the obese PERIOD.
