Oregon Weighs Race-Based Vaccine Preferences.

Since covid has disproportionately harmed POC, no, it's not especially.

Irony only exceeded by OP’s - a habitual, racist piece of shit - ignorance. :D

I already did look it up, before making my first reply above. That's how I know it's not as simple as you suggested here. It's also how I learned covid has hit people of color harder (not that it's surprising that it's been harder on people who are less likely to have access to health care, of course). But look, you're the one who posted the claim without a link and then attacked someone else who was merely following your lead.

The black, latin, and native American communities ARE disproportionately effected. But it has nothing to do with race and everything to do with morbid obesity.

From the CDC

Ass kissing worthless politicians. Virtue signaling with peoples lives. If their interest was saving lives they'd prioritize the obese PERIOD.

If their interest was saving lives they'd prioritize the obese PERIOD.

Which in turn would have people like you bellyaching about how they were the ones who chose to eat too much junk food.

And before we go any further down this rabbit hole, let's keep in mind that this whole thing was only a suggestion made by a task force, not an official policy.

Whatever happened to the age bracket deal. Those over 75 with medical conditions were supposed to be vaccinated after front line workers and nursing home patients. Then it went to 65 and over and now it's a free for all.

This morning my wife and I had our first Pfizer jab. The administrators were amused.

An elderly woman of colour had been brought by her grandson. She was refusing to have the jab - on principle - and making a fuss.

But her grandson talked to her and she said:

"Well, since I am here, I might as well..."
