John Cassidy published an article in The New Yorker today, in which he referred to national GOP leaders as no longer passive enablers of Trump, but active co-conspirators. The signal these thugs are sending out this way, says the former "Grand" Old Party has to be disbanded in the future, lest America wants to go down the drain for good. Fortunately demographics will solve this problem eventually. But GOP majorities till then will do their best to maintain the status quo via continued gerrymandering.

As Obama states or implies so in his book in several places: how much longer will it take, until Americans will wake up?

I read for more than is good for my eyesight. Watch informational videos on You Tube,listen to many and varied programs on Sirus XM and new and talk programs...all kinds and different positions.

I'm wrong about 20% of the time when I seriously take a stand on something.

Often times I have been tracking a subject that interest me off and on for thirty or forty years. I read, I watch & I analyze...very often putting a biblical lens on it.

I'm indulging in some Fan fiction tonight...a guilty pleasure.

I try not to stir shit but old habits die hard and as one preacher would say ...I still have way to much of the "Old Man" in me.
