Happy Friday.
Sleep. Last night was the first time I crawled into bed before 1:30am all week.
7hr of sleep and I’m feeling glorious this morning.
How much sleep to you need to have a productive day?
Do you have set bedtimes to make sure you’re getting the zzzzz’s?
Weekday sleeping vs weekend, how does yours differ?
And, are you a grouch if you’re tired?
Oddly enough, when I get 4ish hours of sleep I find I function really well the next day. Until I crash. I think 7-8 is my ideal, but I’m just not a morning person so I almost always wake up tired. I also find a 20-40 minute nap helps my fatigue and productivity a lot.
I think my ideal bedtime with my current schedule is 11:00pm. It’s really hit or miss whether I get to bed then or not because I’m a night person and once 8:00pm hits I’m just not tired anymore.
Sleep doesn’t differ on weekdays and weekends.
I’m tired just about every day so I don’t think it makes me too much of a grump, just lazy.
