As good as it was, my slow smoked short ribs are more to my liking.

That’s one of my favorite meals to make. However I do horseradish mashed potatoes and fried shallots on top. The shallots give the dish a little crunch!

My favorite Sunday winter comfort food lunch.

New England claw chowdah leftovers , served steaming hot , over pasta with canned tuna al-a-cart. With a -----> dull -'up of *real butter that melts into the dish.
