Turned 50 earlier this year, I decided this year I will take better care of myself. Instead of everyone else first.

I don't need the touchy feely politically correct humor the old guy bullshit. I'm 54 and cynical, not 54 and delusional.

I'll exit stage right and see if there's any punch left.

Now you are showing your age with the "exit stage right" comment. Too many Snagglepuss cartoons. Give it another 10 yrs and you'll be in grumpy old men territory. Then you can walk around with no pants when you go to the letterbox

If you make a noise when you get up from a chair, then you're an old guy whether you like it or not.

The middle age tag is just a nice way of people telling you that you are getting old. Just like elderly is a term for you are old. Be one with nature and embrace the bourbon.

Hello from Aussie land here in Melbourne the south of the country. We now have become the epicentre for COVID in the country. It's not widespread mainly in one part of Melbourne, but we are going to a mandatory mask wearing situation from midnight tonight. We aren't a mask wearing nation like some countries in Asia but we understand the need to do this based on medical advice. No politics involved. It's just common sense stuff.

We have another month of Winter to go so the temps here in the south are in single digits overnight.

Hope everyone is staying safe and keeping others safe by keeping your distance.

Hello Darkelf ... Hope all is well down-under ... It's good morning right now here in Texas.

Glad you only have COVID hot spot down there ... We have several here in the US. And unfortunately, Texas is one of them! We're too dumb (collectively; I always where one; and gloves!) to universally mandate masks ... Only in certain places ... Lot's of politics involved ... There seems to be a great lack of common sense around here!

It's full swing summer already here in Texas ... Temps in 100's nearly every day 'humiture' around 110! Thank god for swimming pools and good air conditioning.

Stay safe and pass the word around from people who have already (and continue) to go through it ... Masks and distancing do work!
