Yeah, Hartley knows she's a cutie. We adopted her from a rescue shelter where I volunteer. She's a Lab mix, smaller than a pedigree, and if you look at her head from the right angle, it's all terrier. Seems to have a pro model's sense of the camera. I love how this photo invites you to experience it tactilely. You, of course, are squeezing your breast and throwing back your head (whatever you feel beneath those blankets must be tremendous). But I can almost feel the fleecy blankets. Your right breast is in such tight focus that it seems palpable, and the wrinkled backdrop (a drape over a sofa?) gives you a textural space as much as a dark contrast to your skin tones.
