Our building will reopen for most of us next week. All of us over 45 have been asked if we still want to work from home. ALL of us did.

I still would have to go in for meetings whenever necessary

my building isn't technically reopening until September, but another 12 people returned this week and have no intention of going back, there are many who come in at least 1 day a week. those with young children as so done with working from home. the ones who returned got the company to give them exemptions, all the ones who come in once a week are just in because "they need something". what they need is to get away from their family, but I won't tell.
