We can add medicine to the long list of subjects you falsely claim expertise in. He will not "lose his licence" for an "unproven regimen of <approved> drugs." Hydroxychorequine is already used 'off-label' for lots of things. Lupus for example, and has been for decades. It is not "approved" for that use because no one has bothered to submit it for approval because a new use for an off-patent drug is not a new patent.
