It feels good that I can relax today. I'm watching Seinfeld currently and just posting on the threads to pass by time. I'll answer more of my messages later. My inbox is full right now since I haven't been on in a few days.

I saw more cardinals this year than I believe I've ever seen during the spring. I have bird feeders in the yard, and take a joy in observing them. Doves nest in the bushes. But now all I notice is buzzards high above. Winter is coming.

We just have the pair that comes - at least that I can tell. The chickadees are legion and they like to come eat from your hand - they can't even wait for the food to hit the railing.

We have a lot of Jays. They scare the others away.

We get bears, too. Sometimes I have to go out and shoo them away. Make a mess if we've got feeders out. We wait until they hibernate, but hand-feed the birds regularly. Keeps the squirrel feeding to a minimum.
 
Another school shooting. Just another day in America that is all. And people wonder why I numb the fuck up with drugs and alcohol.
 
The first Animal Crossing came out in 2001. I was 13-years-old.

The next Animal Crossing comes out this March. I'm 31-years-old.

You can't tell me that Nintendo didn't have a plan.
 
I promised I wouldn’t start wrapping Christmas gifts before December.

So I’ve been putting gifts into boxes. And taping them shut. And labelling them.

Hey, I’ve kept my promise!
