a. Actually, Taylor testified he strongly disagreed with Obama's policy of refusing lethal weaponry. Don't think Kent was asked about this. So who's the "they" you're referring to?

b. Obama did not "refuse all military aid"--complete lie. He refused lethal aid, gave tons and tons of non-lethal military aid.

c. Trump did not merely "delay" military aid. He made the military aid contingent on an extortion and tied it to a promise of "investigating" the Bidens. The witnesses testified to the position this put Ukraine in.

c. It wasn't merely the "delay" that would benefit Russia, it was the position that put Zelinsky in and how it would harm his presidency. Taylor testified it was Putin's wish to see Zelinsky "humiliated and weakened." This in addition to the actual material need for the weaponry.
