The original Blade Runner movie takes place in the year 2019.

Where the HELL are our flying cars? We were promised flying cars by now!

Oh, and sexbots too I'm fairly certain. Science has failed humanity yet again. :(

🤫 you remember how the hover board thing went. Damn things would be blowing up and crashing into buildings.

I feel like you should be able to tell a woman, "I'd like to fuck you very hard in the mouth," and, on the off chance she doesn't fancy the idea, not be labeled as some sort of mind-raping monster. It's a compliment. It's meant as compliment, not a sexual assault. Doesn't intent matter? If intent can be the difference between manslaughter and murder, I really feel it should have some bearing on whether you made someone mildly and, in all likelihood, momentarily uncomfortable with an inappropriate compliment as opposed to forcibly violated them with your words.

I think it depends on the woman and the context. A woman you're romantically involved with should be willing to have those kinds of conversations without judgment, in my opinion. But that is a two-way street- when she wants you to choke her and fuck her in the ass while she cries you can’t judge her either.

You're trolling, right?

Well, those two scenarios have vastly different consequences. He gets labeled a sexual predator and she gets labeled as a freak.

I was talking about women I hardly know (but would very much like to) and in the context of it being proffered as an alternative to asking her out for coffee or drinks to better make her acquaintance.

I'm afraid I can't help but judge a woman who requests, or demands, I choke her and fuck her in the ass while she cries, but I can assure you she gets excellent marks - both in terms of a score and upon her body.

I think again it depends on the context.

If someone I barely knew said that to me, while I might be internally marginally flattered, I’d immediately excuse myself from the conversation. Especially in the context of a first or second date. A hard pass. And, I’m a woman who would be receptive to that from my romantic partner. So it’s not the concept itself. It’s the idea that the only value you’re placing on her is the bulge you can put in her throat.

He laid out the context of how he wanted the scenario to play out. There's no extra information needed.

I can do the "again" thing, too. The guy would be labeled a sexual predator and the woman would be labeled a freak.

And I'm not even arguing against the reasoning. There's good reason to label a guy a sexual predator if he's walking up to random chicks saying that. However, let's at least be honest about how it would play out if a woman did that.

It would be nice if people would just do their fucking jobs...

That, to me, seems a perfectly rational and wholly acceptable reaction. You took it as the intended compliment, declined the offer (with good cause), moved along and let that be the end of it. I mean, hey, you don't know if you don't ask, right? Though, obviously, compliments (as well as sexual solicitations, and compliments couched in sexual solicitations) mean more coming from people you actually know, like, and/or respect.

I confess, my post was mostly just me having a bit of fun. While I would absolutely say something like that to a lover - someone I know well enough to know how it would be received - I wouldn't dream of 'complimenting' a random woman that way. Though, if I did, I would hope to be pitied for my social ineptitude rather than maligned and condemned for my sexual forwardness.

i seriously loathe sinus infections and boys who think with their dicks about the same amount.

Please tell me you are joking. It wouldn’t be a funny joke, but you’re not serious, right?

i’ve got a fever, it’s wearing me out, since you looked at my lips that way.

I'm thinking that by looking at a lot of these posts here, so many people are hurting :rose:

First of all: for real. Secondly...

This may seem random and inaccurate.. as I haven't been around Lit in quite some time, but your username looks near identical to another and familiar, just spelled slightly different.

Does the thread Denton Hall sound familiar to you, and ring any bells? Woulda been quite some time ago...
