My district sits on an evacuation route, and always closes. Small rural town with one lane rural highways, they don't want students mixing with the influx of outsider traffic. Number 1, buses will be late. Number 2, people who don't know the area are more likely to cause an accident. Truthfully I think the late buses are the main reason lol
