A shit driving dayvyesterday, though I cannot elicit much sympathy as it was in France moving from one holiday place to another... but 270 miles in 10 hours with one break and the first 18 miles taking over 2.5 hours has to get me some sympathy??

Thanks, ouch indeed, right side of neck and should all tense until beer and wine relaxed it... and the barely 500m walk to the beach helps!

Got the tower fan, the blinds aren't too bad. Also being a weekend the base/accommodation is pretty quiet too.

That was so intense. Was almost late to work because of it. So gripping. Well done Ben Stokes but even more so Jack Leech. Knew what part he had to play and filled the role brilliantly, despite knowing he can play (92 against Ireland)
