There's a long history Trump paying fines for discrimination and whatever and just flat out not paying vendors who then go out of business.

But in Trump world if there isn't a conviction it didn't happen. And if there is a conviction he was framed.

Heh. Harris destroyed him, and Barr, while obviously a stooge for a criminal president, is no dummy. What she'd do in debate to a (by next fall) 74-year-man dealing with early-stage dementia is scary to contemplate.

The years 2017 and 2018 might have led the Trump administration to believe that it can issue orders to the House of Representatives, but that's not actually true.

The consequences for Barr ignoring a subpoena should be the same as it would be for any of us.

First he hasn't been issued a subpoena so he didn't ignore anything. Second he can't be issued a subpoena for not showing up today because he was not invited to testify, he volunteered.
