███████████ Mueller Investigation Results Thread ███████████

"If we had confidence after a thorough investigation of the facts that the president clearly did not commit obstruction of justice, we would so state. Based on the facts and the applicable legal standards, however, we are unable to reach that judgment."

:) :rose: :) :rose:

It's also not proof of innocence on hubby's part, it's proof of guilt on wifey's part for making a false report.

Sum people just don't get it.

Yeah, dumbfucks like you don't get it. Same with Botanydummy, Queball, not aj and the rest of the right wing limp dicks .

You're only "innocent until proven guilty" in court. During investigation everyone is potentially a suspect until theyre either cleared or not.

Mueller: we could not clear Trump.

No. So totally no, it's amazing you're allowed to move around in public without a hall pass.

And you are absolutely wrong, again.... limpdick

Instead of just tossing out 5 year old level insults, why don't you try not talking out your ass?

More than two years after Robert Mueller began investigating whether President Donald Trump attempted to obstruct justice, the special counsel offered the American people a sobering conclusion in his final report, released Thursday: The most powerful law enforcement officials in the country are not in a position to prosecute their boss, the President.

But Congress, Mueller said, is.

Despite witness testimony that Trump tried to get underlings to derail Mueller’s probe and lie under oath, Mueller and his team determined not to make a “traditional prosecutorial judgment” about whether the president violated the law that criminalizes obstruction of justice. That doesn’t mean Trump can do whatever he wants, though. “Congress may apply the obstruction laws to the President’s corrupt exercise of the powers of office,” Mueller wrote. That conclusion, he said, “accords with our constitutional system of checks and balances and the principle that no person is above the law.”

Irony:

Shitslinger, who tosses out the insult "ball licker" in almost every one of his posts, is upset that someone insulted him.
And if it's not ball licker....it's something else.

Might be you were insulted, because you cannot be legitimately complimented.

And you are absolutely wrong, again.... limpdick

Any word on how Democratic House leadership feels about impeaching Trump for obstruction of justice? You know, doing their "checks and balances" duty? Pussies.

Certainly obstruction is, at least, a misdemeanor. Has Pelosi announced obstruction of justice impeachment charges against Trump, yet? And if she doesn't, aren't House Democrats more interested, too, in playing the politics game than actually supporting and defending the Constitution, like they all swore an oath to do?

And any word yet on Rosenstein's primary charge to Mueller?

(i) any links and/or coordination between the Russian government and individuals associated with the campaign of President Donald Trump;

The report was just released yesterday with a ton of it redacted... dumbass.

Looks like a lot of queball alts triggered this afternoon.

Really? And how am I wrong?

Investigations are neutral. You could be innocent, but you could very well be guilty. They follow the facts and have to consider both, but law enforcement does not decide guilt. Thats for the courts. If they think theres enough for an indictment they hand it off to the DA.

On the other hand, law enforcement will "clear" suspects if there is evidence they did not commit a crime, like a verifiable alibi. Its not equal to being found NG in a court of law, but its close.

But its not always cut and dried. Many times cops have a suspect they strongly feel should be charged but dont due to lack of evidence or shaky evidence. Or, they may have someone that they would like to drop but they just cant nail down as being in the clear and they remain a suspect until further facts come to light.

Only the courtroom is it absolute.

Mueller waa clear that for various reasons including the stayed law he could neither clear Trump nor charge him. Seems pretty simple to me.

These partisan hacks can't even muster up enough to do simple.

Why wait? The Democratic take already is that Mueller's report literally endorses the House impeaching Trump for obstruction since he wasn't able to indict a sitting President (due to standing DoJ edict). Right?

actually, Barr was asked that yesterday and he said he asked MuleLiar

Would you have indicted the Pres BUT FOR that DoJ edict and he said MuleLiar said NO!

About 2 years ago I expressed the opinion on this board that Donald Trump is a fucking cunt. I regarded this as totally self evident and requiring no further explanation.

Today I have to admit my error. Donald Trump as evidenced by the Mueller report is in fact so incompetent, that, despite his clear intention to obstruct justice, he was unable to carry his intent into effect and actually obstruct justice.

Therefore in future, Donald Trump is not merely a fucking cunt, he is a totally incompetent fucking cunt. ;)

This is exactly the point I was making at work. He's such a fucking moron that people don't even listen to his 'orders'. They just blow him off and disregard whatever the dipshit says. But hey, his supporters are dips shits too. He makes sense to them. He "talks like they do!", ignorant and self-righteous, while sleeping in their own shit. It fucking disgusts me.

Lol. Nice bait. I'm not taking it.

The report came out YESTERDAY, with a great bit of it redacted.

There should be no hurry..

You're as liberal as bizzydummy.

I was referencing the current, wholesale socialist (Democratic) spin on the obstruction issue, not actual reality.
