Yes, rather than continuing to be the hero of Democrats everywhere and finding obstruction, Mueller punted. Why? There was no obstruction.

Apparently, Trump was just as angry and irritated by the long, drawn-out, baseless "investigation" of purported links between the Trump Campaign and Russia in private as he was in public. Who could have predicted he would have been privately fuming too?

Being angry about being drug through the mud along with your family and associates for two and a half years with no valid predicting activity to justify the "investigation" must mean. . ."something."

The ENTIRE point of the exercise was to cripple his presidency. Which he understood from the beginning. He was wrong that that attempt at crippling his presidency meant that his -presidency- was "fucked." He bulled through it and still got some of his agenda advanced, despite Strozyk's "insurance policy" which was nothing more than a Clinton smear and election-loss excuse.
