███████████ Mueller Investigation Results Thread ███████████

Attorney General Bill Barr says the WH fully complied: "The White House fully cooperated with the Special Counsel’s investigation, providing unfettered access to campaign and White House documents, directing senior aides to testify freely, and asserting no privilege claims."

Justice Dept. to release redacted report Thursday morning

Washington (CNN) — Attorney General William Barr is expected to release special counsel Robert Mueller's redacted report on the Russia investigation to Congress and the public on Thursday morning, Justice Department spokeswoman Kerri Kupec said.

The plan to release the redacted report on Thursday means that all of Washington will be on edge this week anticipating the nearly 400-page report from the special counsel.

  • Barr is having a "press conference" 90 minutes BEFORE the report is released.
  • He will not be taking questions at this "press conference"
  • The point of the "press conference" is to give the Fox News talking heads a critical 90 minute headstart to shape "the narrative" and disseminate talking points to the screeching dittomonkeys of the RWCJ
  • Also, "less redacted" versions of the Mueller Report will be given to members of Congress who have demonstrated sufficient loyalty to President Trump

This is democracy in America today, folks.

"Trump only obstructed justice because the media and the FBI made him do it" is an interesting argument.

What a hack!!!!

He actually tried to make this sound like a SCOTUS Ruling. There was no "precedent" for this kind of investigation. No "precedent" so no obstruction.

Barr's continual conflation of "collusion" and "conspiracy" is the worst abuse of the English language since the Semi-white Nationalists here conflated "equal opportunity" with "equal outcome".

so one of the instances MuleLiar says that could be undue influence on his investigation was firing of

CriminalComey

1-The Constitution allows POTUS to fire anyone he chooses
2-CriminalComey was FIRED BEFORE MuleLiar was appointed

How can that be in the 10?

First impression of the Redacted Mueller Report:

Trump gave an awful lot of unconstitutional orders that his handlers wisely did not pass on to subordinates or carry out.

Not a good way to run a government.

I'm going to predict that Trump will somehow begin some sort of "pre-emptive" war between now and election day.

There isn't a single instance of the word collusion in the Rosenstein letter.

The kool-aid drinkers are easily distracted.

Has Brother Queerbait reiterated his position that Mueller's report is nothing less than a LEFT WING COO (sic) AGAINST THE PRESIDENT?

This is the conclusion of the report. The part in bold is the quote that Barr gave us a month ago; note how much more ambivalent the entirety of the paragraph is:

Because we determined not to make a traditional prosecutorial judgment, we did not draw ultimate conclusions about the President's conduct. The evidence we obtained about the President's actions and intent presents difficult issues that would need to be resolved if we were making a traditional prosecutorial judgment. At the same time, if we had confidence after a thorough investigation of the facts that the President clearly did not commit obstruction of justice, we would so state. Based on the facts and the applicable legal standards, we are unable to reach that judgment. Accordingly, while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him.

The bottom line is that Trump obstructed justice and would already be going to jail with Cohen if Mueller's team and the Southern District of New York weren't following the "do not indict a sitting president" guidance. We knew that before the Mueller Report was issued--Trump, as "Individual One" was fingered (and adjudicated) in the conviction of Cohen (not an obstruction of justice case but an application of the "do not indict a sitting president" guidance). The Mueller Report clearly fingers Trump for obstruction of justice (fired Comey) and gives multiple times where he tried to and his aides just ignored the order. That absolves them--not him. Added to all of the other investigations, the man is going to be buried the day he leaves office, if he is living when he does so.

Mueller clearly invites Congress to take up action against Trump, and I think they should go ahead now with impeachment. It should go to the Senate and force a vote that's on record, by senator, for use in the 2020 campaign. Clean house or at least make congressional reps and the voters take responsibility.

Where is he? He was huffing and puffing yesterday, methinks smoke emitted from his big ears and he passed out.

So they can't find a single example of Trump obstructing justice, but if they could have found just one, just one, they would have brought the hammer down.

That's right, not just one. At least ten, and, accepting the guidance that a sitting president cannot be indicted, they've handed the evidence over to the Congress. Who do you think you're fooling?

Most of Trump's aides, when directed by Trump to obstruct justice, did better than you're doing by refusing. He (and you) are, like Trump was quoted in the report as saying when he heard that Mueller had been appointed, are so fucked. :D

You're delusional. What evidence?
What was the purpose of the Mueller investigation? Was it to put together a vague, redacted report to turn over to Congress?
If there was anything in the report harmful to Trump, we would have heard about it by now. What part of that don't you, and others clinging to some desperate hope, not understand?

You Trumpettes and Trump are sooooo fucked. :D

And why is that?
Is it because of "evidence" in the completely discredited Steele dossier that was used to obtain several FISA warrants? Or do you still believe the Steele dossier is legitimate? Oops.
You have nothing and there is nothing in the Mueller report.

Obstruction.

Deplorables know it. They're scared.

See the proof in their reactions.
