As bad as my balls were, back when they were swollen, the post-swelling balls were even worse: after all the occult blood drained, my ballsack skin was still so stretched it felt like I had two golf balls swinging inside a empty plastic sandwich baggie running halfway down the inside of my thighs.
that combination of shrinkage and droopage has not been seen on the GB since GiaCat stopped breastfeeding her latest kid.
Thankfully, my junk has "tightened up" over the past year.

Yep. That's what the doctor called it. I just wish someone would have informed me about this particular side effect prior to surgery.
The worst part was there's no way to aspirate the fluid, it has to work against gravity and be absorbed into the body above it. Took something like 3 weeks to empty.
Wasn't particularly painful, uncomfortable yes, and you had to wear very loose fitting clothes.
