I'm quite quick to take them off during the day when I have had enough constraint, but rarely lose them. Although I did lose them out of my pocket once while sitting on a clients sofa.

OK dressing to go out tonight. Cocktails so some standing around. Black skirt and a semi transparent cream blouse. But am having difficulty choosing what I will wear underneath. Do I go the pastels, the bold colour pattern, or the white bra I was wearing earlier?

I somehow don't think that the sort of person interested in my knickers would be bidding for them at Sotheby's. Although if you redefined that as a tuxedo clad gent who was going to outbid everyone just for the hell of having them beyond any economic rationalism then it is an interesting thought pattern. Last item of the day, MS's knickers which she will now take off on the stage. Opening bids please ladies and gents.
Afraid the whole knickers for sale thing is tainted by the ladies and schoolgirls selling them to the back street store in Japan for $40 and a pair of new ones on the way home. Vacuum packed and in vending machines within hours for punters to buy on the way home. Was fascinated when a friend there said she used to do it on occaisions when in college. Friday beer money.

I did notice that the sun just hit the equator again. Getting down to 12 hour days here. We don't get the long summer days or the short winter ones here, latitudes in the -32 range, so kind of think Bermuda etc.

I could act all nonchalant and say ok keep them but I do like having all my knickers back at the end of the day. They usually have a matching bra which if orphaned means i have to go bare on those days.
