I don't think there can be "excessive" cleavage. People should be able to go tits out if they want. I mean, maybe it's because I'm bisexual but I don't now and never have understood what the difference is.

I don't understand how you get the cleavage without the bra. Tits are squishy. Without a bra they don't like... stick together to create the cleavage.

I totally agree. I love to see my wife as well as other women showing off their breasts. Either a lot of cleavage, or bra-less in a see-thru blouse.
 
Rather than cleavage per se, what gets to me more is like if a woman goes braless in a "wife beater" sort of shirt that shows off the side of her tits. When it looks like they are about to fall out, it gets my attention. Just a normal cleavage like an evening dress is sort of ho hum to me. That green dress that Jennifer Lopez wore years back to the Golden Globes (or Oscars??) where they pretty much had to glue the dress to her tits or they would show..... that was cool. Something I still remember after all these years.

For me, I'd rather see camel toe in yoga pants with no panties. I saw a woman like that in a pizza shop a couple of years ago. I have seen the Emmys, the Oscars and the Grammys. Where cleavage goes below the belly button so I am not sure what excessive cleavage is. Excessive implies ā€œtoo much.ā€ I didnā€™t think that too much cleavage was a thing. Unless there is a gathering of judgmental puritans in which case I have an extra low cut blouse just to emphasize that nobody gets to decide for me how much is too much.
 
Well I sure can't imagine a man calling out excessive so I guess it would be a woman who's man can't take his eyes off it.
