Extremely vigorous exercise. Blood flow, sweat and a little pain almost always help to clear my head.

I grew up in Texas were it is "hell hot" but I haven't been there for longer than a month in almost 2 decades so not as high as when I was a kid. Here, it is 71 and breezy and there were only a few days this summer we missed not having AC. I have the ceiling fan off right now because I got cold.

I am not that person. I do gardening when it is 100º and grilling when it is 0º and snowing. Shit has to get done.

I do. The 'walking club' of 80 year olds routinely stops by mid-walk for water.

They left the building at different times, one before my arrival, one in my early childhood and the other two in my adult life. The latter two became great grandparents many times over and took on that mantle with relish.

It is, I’m an early riser and if I’m going to comment on anything, I generally do it between 4 & 6 A.M. Slow start and no heavy lifting.
