3. The whole 2nd sphincter thing is a myth. There's a band of muscle that holds the upper part of the sigmoid colon (the S shape in the colon about 6 - 8 inches in) in place. When you say bottomed out did that include pain as well? Did you both work to try to get it all the way in? And maybe if you're on top that would help you ease more into you...
