I found one once when I was in my early to mid 20's(mid 90's) around the time I started to become curious. I wrote for Penthouse Letters and others back in my early years of writing. Today we call it Ghost Writing but back in that era it did not have such a name. I seldom write erotic stories anymore, but have still been on this Lit Site since almost the beginning (under a different username) and writing convincing erotica is so challenging to get right, that it really helped with my non-erotic published works of today. I certainly look back at those types of magazines with true nostalgia.

I remember my lack of astonishment when having flown across to the UK I picked up a UK issue of Penthouse and found a letter in that issue that replicated a letter found in the American issue but with all the locations etc. changed to UK placenames instead of US placenames.
