I see the benefits of such a diet/lifestyle, but it’s a bit extreme for me. I basically follow a Mediterranean diet that has lots of fruit and veggies already, plus fish and occasional animal protein.

I’m not a current fan of Starbucks offerings, but I will give them props for raising awareness of coffee and heightening the average person’s expectations in a cup of joe. Their omnipresence globally is troubling, but that’s a personal opinion.
