And they, too criticised Trump harshly for trashing America's Intelligence agencies in front of a foreign agent. So true, he behaved like a moron.
But their other comments made sense too: given that Russia and the US hold 90% of the World's nuke powers, and that they Could be advantageous to each other economically too, wouldn't be better if they forgot the ugly past and collaborated and worked towards peace?

After all, Germany is doing the same: They subscribed to the new Russian pipeline because it helps them economically, yet they would still take a stance against any potential Imperialistic moves by Russia.



China's raising economy and new markets and currency are US's main threat, and I suspect THAT is what motivated many of US's latest geopolitical or eco omic moves.

They're catching up with the rest of the world,who always tended to be suspicious of, or paranoid about people in power.

Think really hard. It's about facts and logic. You like facts and logic. Try and think of one single factual, logic reason the US might not want to defer to Putin, as Trump did on Monday, or treat him as an equal or a friend.

Everyone wants to "get along." No one's arguing for war. Every US Pres until Trump has played the game of tolerating Putin, doing the photo ops, etc. But none have ever duped themselves into thinking he's a friend of the US.

So why would we not want to?
