I just went through a major health crisis and the other end of the tunnel is not yet clearly visible. I do not remember the last time I went this long without relieving sexual urges and do not even know if I could still "pop the top." At the moment I would happily settle for a nice warm curvy woman for some naked cuddling... Unfortunately the doctors have not decided that that should be part of my recovery.

I figure that I am at the half way point in recovery. The urges are there. I have more energy. Now more than ever I miss being with the lovely nurse who I spent 16 happy years with.

That's good you are back to painting.
I've busy with work and home. Getting more aches and pains as I get older too. Walk slower but no real pain. I did loose some weight which was nice.

Blue Angels just parked on base for the air show this weekend.
they buzzed the beach on their way in.

We had a pretty mild winter out West. not as much snow as last winter. It;s the Eastern part that got it big time.

I managed to get to practice and watched just off base so I could make it to Friday Flag Wave. Thought I missed the Blue Angels all together until they came buzzing over top of us. They made 3 passes directly over top of us even with the big condos near by. It got crazier because someone came by hauling a boat. While turning a block away a car tried to dodge by them and almost got T-boned. 3 cop cars, 2 fire engines, a paramedic unit, ambulance and tow truck hung out for an hour. 1 visitor later & after we packed up the flag display then along came the GoodYear blimp to go buzz the hockey arena downtown for the Cup play offs.

I managed to get to practice and watched just off base so I could make it to Friday Flag Wave. Thought I missed the Blue Angels all together until they came buzzing over top of us. They made 3 passes directly over top of us even with the big condos near by. It got crazier because someone came by hauling a boat. While turning a block away a car tried to dodge by them and almost got T-boned. 3 cop cars, 2 fire engines, a paramedic unit, ambulance and tow truck hung out for an hour. 1 visitor later & after we packed up the flag display then along came the GoodYear blimp to go buzz the hockey arena downtown for the Cup play offs.

You certainly live in a busy corner of the universe!
The only excitement here of late has been the violent thunder storms.

It's a great place to live. We have all sorts of choices all the time on where to have fun.
Tonight is the huge watch party for our Lightning in the cup playoffs.
This Saturday I'm helping out with my local team doing traffic control for the Hippie 5k.

So it's May 25th. finally past the last frost date so I put the tomato plants in the ground and for some reason planted a peach tree in the front lawn.

It's one of those Walmart sold fruit trees.....somehow I do not think it will survive the wild Winters around here.

It reached 82.5 Deg. F. today and the lawn is finally cut down.

Okay, this made me laugh out loud, mostly because I resemble the remark and have seen that eye roll from my own husband.

I did make plans for another beach trip on the spur of the moment (well, three weeks in advance) and I haven't made the first reservation for anything. I get points for that, right??

She's waiting until our son's Friday appointment with the orthopedist before she makes plans for July. He broke a bone in his foot a month ago and if he is cleared to hike, we go to Lake Placid: He loves to hike. If he can't, we go to Virginia Beach.

That's about as much clipboard O'fun she does now. (Until a week before the actual event LOL)

seemingly there is a fault line from Ontario across the St. Lawrence river into Northern N.Y. that sometimes vibrates my rooms.
