Conservatives: “Grab em by the pussy”
Conservatives: “I moved on her like a bitch”
Conservatives: “Blood coming out of her wherever”
Conservatives: “I would bomb the shit out of them”
Conservatives: “If she wasn’t my daughter I’d date her”
Conservatives: “African countries are shithole nations”

Also Conservatives: “Waaaaah the big bad Wolf offended us!”

Fucking snowflakes.

Apparently LT doesn't know Wolf bombed.

5 takeaways on Wolf's speech at the dinner

Most journalists in the room -- and I was among them -- were largely quiet during Wolf's speech

Most comedians who speak at the correspondents' dinner take a fair number of shots at the attendees in the room. But they also play along with theme of the night, which attempts to be a celebration of the free and independent media as well as a chance to shine a light on some of the best journalists in the country.

Wolf didn't do that. She wanted to napalm the room.

Being funny is one thing. Bullying people because you can is another. And Wolf's treatment of Sanders was bullying.

Once again, the concept of comedy eludes Conservatives.

This performance wasn't meant to be comedy. It was an emulation of the shtick their heroes Limbaugh, Nugent, Milo, Coulter, etc have been doing for years: pure vitriol.

And, predictably, they couldn't handle it. ;)

She probably did bomb in the room, but there was a wider audience. Colbert also "bombed" in 2006, with the only WHCD speech most people can remember.
Dude, that's too complicated for HisArpy's tiny dinosaur brain. Please re-do that post with crayon drawings.

Yeah, about that wider audience...

CNN article on how she flopped

Peter Baker of The New York Times, which pointedly does not participate in the dinner, tweeted afterward, "Unfortunately, I don't think we advanced the cause of journalism tonight."

CNN's Jeff Zeleny replied and agreed with Baker: "So much important and amazing journalism this year -- that should be the focus, when truth matters and is needed more than ever. It was an embarrassment in the room and surely to the audience at home."

People understand satire. They even understand humorous embarrassment. Wolf did neither. Instead she used her 15 minutes to insult, deride and rage. That's not comedy. And when you have to EXPLAIN to your colleagues the day after via social media and talk show appearances that your insults were "humor" and not personal attacks, you weren't funny to anyone.

And before you go off on a deflection attempt, I don't think CNN is "conservative". So it wasn't just conservatives who thought she fucked up. Thus you original premise is fake and flawed. Which is to be expected from you.

And then there's this:

I invited her because I thought that she was a talented comedian with a message to deliver," Talev said.

Yeah, the WHCA sure messed that one up didn't they. Wait for the apology al la Kathy Griffin. 3 days tops.

Oh, yes, the comedy defense. "Why don't you people find this funny?

"None of us were offended when busybody was going after the Obamas; that was some seriously funny shit!"

So, which was it? Comedy or not?

Once again, you show your biased ignorance and when caught at it, deflect and spin spin spin.

Laugh now moron.

She was amusing and at times a little over the top. Fit right in with the discourse coming out of D.C. They knew what they were getting, unlike some of the inadequately vetted nominees put forward by the current administration. She nailed it, and that's why some are uncomfortable.

Basically, by showing up, Sarah had it coming. She should have known better.
I think the Republicans should stop sending sacrificial goats to this particular Progressive "love-in."

Maybe Trump will eventually grow a pair and show up in person. Probably not - he's still licking the wounds to his pride from the last time.

When you can't laugh at yourself, there are plenty of people wiling to do it for you.

Media hands Trump big, embarrassing win

The White House Correspondents' Dinner ended with a barrage of vulgar anti-Trump jokes by comedian Michelle Wolf, who attacked the appearance of White House press secretary Sarah Sanders, who was sitting with her at the head table.

Why it matters: If the dinner can only attract liberal presidents and liberal comedians, the conclusion is inevitable.

The bottom line: Watch for big debate whether to end the dinner as we know it, and whether some news organizations announce they will no longer attend.

Gosh, we missed the dinner! But I recall a tourist hotel near Amalfi, Italy, whose 3-story dining room's roof was of rippled translucent fibreglas panels. Every night the dining crowd was entertained by local cats fucking loudly, moving silhouettes on the see-thru roof. Some folks were there for the food; some, for the show. I imagine a press or political dinner is rather like that.

Oh, yes, the comedy defense. "Why don't you people find this funny?"

So, which was it? Comedy or not?

^^^^ Confused from the beginning; probably flunked 6th-grade English. Verdict: failed, lol

"I think the moon is made of cheese!"
"The concept of cheese eludes you. It is not cheese."

You: so, is it cheese, or not?

Dummy. :)

She is a woman. She is witty. She is not a silent dumb bimbo like they are used to dealing with in their lives.

So yeah, the stick up the ass repigs hate her. They have no sense of humor.

Fuck them.

Says the guy who can't even write 2 contiguous sentences without contradicting himself.

You're a fool. Worse, you gloat over the fact you're a fool.

She's a woman and black, so not only do some Conservatives believe she should stay in the kitchen but some of them believe there are limits to her first amendment rights.

Yes, I actually looked up the facts rather than make up shit. Amazing how that works. You should try it sometime.
