I see the Alinsky crowd is out in full force.
Nugent, like all musicians/songwriters deals in imagery and repetitive chorus, which in this case is "soulless.
While I don't think he did a very good job of stringing this chorus together, I do understand where he's coming from.
His anger, like mine, is primarily directed at the media and academia. It's apparent from what he said that he feels the kids are just "useful tools" in this debate. The media and academia are cold bloodily (soullessly) using the kids as pawns and as such, to a certain extent, and unwittingly, they inherit those properties as well.
Those kids were failed miserably by the very laws and law enforcement officials whose duty it was to protect them. Yet they are having their justifiable anger/grief focused on an inanimate object legally owned by millions of law abiding citizens and an organization that has spent considerable time and effort to push for enactment of the very laws that law enforcement ignored.

Do something to protect them from those inanimate objects, which are being used to kill children and maybe they will find something else to be "used as a pawn" for.
The world is a changing.
His anger, like yours, is based on bullshit and racism. You're borderline Alex Jones, Ishtard.
Where's the racism? Everybody in this scenario is white. Duh.![]()
"Racist" is his 'go to' when he has nothing of value to add. Considering that he never has anything of value to add, his 'go to' is all he's got.

It's hard to shoot people with a firearm you aren't carrying.
Ted Nugent has always been an right-winged idiot. The last thing these survivors need are to be harassed like an asshole by Nugent. I guess conservatives will protect the guns and the maniacs with them.
Go ahead Saint Ann, report me if you like. So much for the First Amendment that you Republicans claim to be deprived of, huh?

Report you for what? You can have an opinion. I just think it's funny that an irrelevant, washed up rock star's opinion means so much to you. The word you used correctly is maniac. How do intend to protect the world from maniacs?
Slipped right past you, hey? Sad..Got a point?
Maniac? Hardly, passionate most certainly.
Harass? Perhaps they need to be harassed. A poke in the eye to make them begin to think as opposed to being led. They, like most youth, cleave to simplistic answers to complicated questions. And that make disclose more about the people that are trying to lead them than the youth themselves.

A person that thinks it ok to kill a bunch of strangers could be called maniacal. John Wayne Gacy never fired a shot. You and I know it's not the gun.
They are asking adults to quit making it possible for the mentally ill and evildoers to have easy access to firearms to kill more children. It's only idiots like you who have trouble comprehending that simple request.
Like I said...John Wayne Gacy never fired a shot.
Perhaps the borderline defective is unaware that it's already against the law for those types to have access to firearms. The very laws that were ignored that led to the tragedy in Fl., and TX, and so many others.
I said, it's difficult to shoot someone with a firearm you're not carrying. I'm sorry that's too simple for you. Do you have trouble cooking tapioca pudding? I can point you to an easy recipe.No. I'm merely challenging you to expand on your simplistic observation.
