Otherwise known as "cock worship", or "oral with humble and downcast eye".

I think it's ok to wander around different topics. What's servitude to me is different than it is to you or even the original poster from 2005.

It's hard, too, to pinpoint what oral servitude really is. None of us really want to discuss it these days since images are way more available and - frankly - more fun to look at.

What makes an image about "service" vs giving a blow job? Is it a look? The way someone places his/her hands? Is it being pushed to an extreme because the PYL requires it?

Yes, the look, the positioning of the giver. One of 'I want to do this for you.' Rather than being made to take the oral act.
But that too could get lost if the act turns more aggressive and it takes on the appearance of forced. Fine line, at least in pictures. In a real life setting, I don't think there would'nt be any question.

Funnily enough, I've been thinking about things along these lines a bit the last few days. Yes, to me oral service is worship. The earliest images I posted here were ones in which adoration was evident in the woman's eyes or expression or actions, in which she was somehow very obviously really "into" the act, intent on pleasing him.

But it's a feeling more than it is any specific act. Whatever gives you that feeling counts as servitude. For me, throat-fucking and other rough variants do not feel like servitude. It is offering myself for him to use - it is submission - it is not the same as worship or adoration. That's my personal distinction.
