I have been taking a natural male supplement with both Zinc and Ginseng and it definitely has improved the strength of my hard on's and huge improvement in the volume of cum.

So I recall your zinc experiment for larger “donations”. I haven’t been doing zinc, but I have been using a couple supplements for my workout routines. And I have to say that I think they are having some beneficial side effects. First one is called L-Citrulline DL-Malate 2:1. It’s a amino acid found in watermelon that is a vasodilator. That means it opens up your blood vessels and helps increase blood flow. Good for getting nutrients to working muscles. The other is magnesium. One 200mg pill before bed every night. Good for sleep, blood flow, tons of other good stuff. (Both are cheap supplements and easily found. I bought Vitamin D3 at Trader Joe’s and the Citrulline on bulksupplements.com) Do you see where this may be heading? So I’ve been taking these supps for a few weeks now and I think they are helping with my blood flow alright...straight to my manhood. Sunday night, my wife and I were messing around doing our usual routine (routine but fun) sexy time. But this time it really felt like my member was extra thick. Now I have no science or proof, but I know how he feels normally. We’ve spent some time over the years together. He was a thick as I’ve ever seen him. Just real girthy, you know? I was surprised. You are very welcome. And further (solo) field study has continued to confirm my suspicions that these supplements are inhancing vascularity and blood flow to a certain excitable region of my body. Hopefully further partner testing will recommence sometime this week. Updates to follow.
 
Yes! I started the boyfriend on 100mg a day. After convincing him of my (our) reasons he was more than enthusiastic to be a willing test subject. The fact that I told him that I love being covered in his "affection" may or may not have been a factor ;)

At day 3 there's nothing noticeable just yet. I've been debating whether or not to keep tabs on diet and exercise, but i'm thinking we'll keep this limited to the effects of the zinc for our experiment.

Been taking these 1 a day men's gummy vitamins. You take 2 daily.

Example of some of the stuff they have in them
Vitamin A 4000 IU
Vitamin C 75 mg
Vitamin D 400 IU
Folic acid 400 MCG
Biotin 600 MCG
Zinc 5MG
Choline 110 MCG

I'm not exactly sure if that is alot or not enough to make a larger load of cum happen but I have noticed my penis being a bit more stimulated daily.

Agree on the citruline effect. It works even better if he starts the day and ends the day with an L-arginine, and the citruline is in the middle. Citruline is breaks down into arginine but there are other body functions that can take the arginine and not let it reach that target, so a bit of easy to get hard to get training for the systems. Only our limited research over here but on the over-hard side and more volume for sure. Doses of L-arginine used to be called "pornstar" back when and why I got him to try. It's his body and I can't tell him what to take but am happy reaping the benefits.
Now combine that with lots of water, lots of fruit and less dairy, and you get volume and flavour!!!

Do your own research of course, and always be mindful of the prostate (checks guys, checks, everything can be fixed early), but there is some fun in manipulating the body reactions.

Lots of water, lots of fruit, less coffee too if that's possible. My husband never complained about a metal taste in his mouth but I built him up slow, 10mg/day I think it was. Definitely don't try to take a week's worth all at once if you have a hot date on Saturday guys! Slow and steady for the best results! :kiss:

Why make sure copper is taken along with zinc?

And what is this about Lecithin? What is it? What does it do? How is it in the mix?

You'll need much more than 50mg per day to see results. Try 100mg per day. Talk to your GP to get blood tests for zinc at a minimum of regular 90 day intervals (30 is better) while 'experimenting'. Make sure you are taking a bio-compatible supplement because taking an incorrect type (Nature Made, etc) may actually reduce your zinc level.
 
And someone said watch out for a metal taste in your mouth - apparently it means you're taking too much.
