It ended up being minor. The landing was fine, but in those moments, which were shortly after 9/11 no one knew what was happening and it was terrifying.

Butterflies? It was the last time I had lunch with someone in town on business...he always gives me butterflies (and it's really just lunch!)

It depends... Professionally, with humor and sincerity to diffuse the situation because I have to. Personally, likely with pointed sarcasm and if need be an aggressive stance that lets them know, this isn't going to go down the way you think it is.

Funny...your approach is the same as mine...except I don't do the first one...I just do the second one...everywhere...(it's good to be king... ).
