Well, racing my sailboat. Or, hiking. Basically, doing things.

However, what I typically do (so, if by favorite you mean, what I actually do), is a treadmill. So perhaps most accurately, my least objectionable way to exercise regularly is to get on my treadmill.

I have a standing desk which moves between standing and seated position. I really don't stand as often as I should. I makes it harder to get work done. I prefer the surface area of the full desk. I should make more of an effort to stand more.

Basically every weekend I goal set that I’ll meal prep. Maybe 50% of the time, I do. I failed today and it’s pudding me off because I’m kicking ass at the gym but slacking in the kitchen which is where it matters.
