Mine was both my aunt and uncle. I aspired to be like them, and have a relationship as magical as theirs. As it turned out, he turned out to be a twat.

But my aunt is still my inspiration to this day.

Well, it depends on exactly "when" you have asked me.
But I'll go with "lawyer" and no I'm not. Because I realized that being a lawyer was going to be very different than being on L.A. Law. Plus then, I found something else that really excited me. I am still doing that thing, I'm damn good at it, and mostly I love doing it.

I wanted to be a vet. But it turns out I wasn't so good at chemistry. Or biology. Or many other subjects a vet needs to be, at the very least, adequately proficient at. So here, I sit, a father, lover, writer and a gentleman.
