I'm familiar with people who suffer from dementia. The condition intensifies their innate personalities, so an asshole becomes an even greater asshole in magnitude. At one time, he forgot his wife was standing next to him!

No doubt that he is both evil and senile, a lethal combination. His father also suffered from dementia at that age. And his evilness is not due to wealth, there have been many people born with a silver spoon, who don't exhibit such childish and entitled behavior.
