err, what is grntmb?![]()
it stands for green thumb as i enjoy growing plants![]()
aha!
nice...is that your job or hobby?
it is more of my hobby. if i made it a job that would be so wonderful!!
cool...and what stops you making it a job?
i hurt my back, so doing a lot of gardening work...especially in the scale of making it a business...is beyond my physical capacity at the moment.
aw, i'm sad to know this....i'm glad that your back doesn't stop you doing it as a hobby.
thank you...me too!! *does happy dance*
my dad introduced me before i even started school as a kid.
watching the plants grow from seed is especially fun!
and cacti are some of the strangest and most fun plants to grow for me.![]()
that's great!
i get truly inspired when i hear about others' passions.
is your dad still around to share in your garden?
unfortunately my dad passed two years ago from cancer.
but his passion still runs through my veins.
in his later years he even started working on creating some new varieties of gerbera flowers. i'm thinking when i retire i might give that a go.![]()

sorry for your loss.
i'm glad your dad was able to share this passion with you and i'm sure he's still with you watching you potter in the garden & helping things flower.![]()
lolthank you so much for your kindness and support!
i think you're probably right. he had a way of sneaking up on me when he was alive...am sure he's still doing it.lol
what are some of your passions?![]()
i suspect you're right!
i can sense my dad is still around, especially when i'm having a particularly challenging time.
good question about passions....i'll let you know when i get some!![]()
that's so cool that he can comfort you. so often i feel alone when something particularly challenging comes along.
no passions? has anything peaked your interest to give it a try?

aww, sorry to hear it....our loved ones are there, it just takes a bit of practise to tune into them....if you believe that sort of thing of course, which i do.
i'm too tired for passions nowadays....i think work and looking after home and responsibilities takes all my energy....maybe in the next life!![]()
thank you...i do...just seems like i've lost that connection for some reason. i'm sure with time i'll get it back like i used to.
aww man...i hope the things that keep you busy are at least sometimes an enjoyable experience for you in some way. they may not seem like most passions, but i'm sure with the short time we've talked that you're dedicated to those around you. am hoping that now, and in your next life, that you find some kind of passion that brings a smile to your face and a warmth to your heart.

thanks for your lovely words!
i'm sure things will happen when the universe wants them to happen.
there's probably a plan somewhere in the ethos!![]()
aww, you're welcome. yep, i bet if we all looked closely it's somewhere out there in the ethos just waiting to be enacted upon your life. am hoping it's something that will bring you smiles in some way.![]()
thank you for your kind words.
you're very welcome.
you're a really kind and caring person.
so cool to get to spend some time with you.
i'd keep talking with you but want to make sure i don't overstay our visit.
but always feel free to write me any time.
that's very nice of you to say & likewise, you are very kind and caring too!
and obviously talented to help a garden grow!![]()
