Sunday I hit a patch of ice outside my building - while I slipped I was able to catch myself. Wednesday night I was not that lucky. Level II sprain that is exacerbated by previous injury years ago. They told me 7 to 10 days on crutches and then a stabilization boot. I'll be lucky to make it to Monday on the damn crutches.

That's what I was thinking. It was broken when we got him, but it's since gone from white to a dark patch on the broken edge... Either it's died or it's got decay starting.

Edward has fantastic teeth, thankfully.

I am pretty sure they will pull it. If not, pulling it will probably the less expensive route in the long run.

Oh no! So sorry! Ice scares the crap out of me. If I fall, I know I will break something.
The husband went down 4 concrete steps last week. I told him to be careful.
Take it easy over the next few days. The boot will be much easier.
