It's great in many ways. Like I'm getting a second chance. Writing and typing help a lot. Sometimes its good or painful. Always tiring. I either get up and sort of shuffle or walk around or go to sleep. Sometimes I go do stuff outside. I might forget what I was doing until I come back and look at what I was doing.

Sex is something I think about all the time. Don't know why. It's distracting sometimes. Like there is 2 of me in my head always arguing about who's in charge. I don't know sometimes. It's fucking stupid and and driving me nuts. All I want to do is be normal and take charge of my life. I do know that there is some kind of battle going on between my intelligence and primitive parts of my brain. I've been doing a lot of reading and listening to the radio, trying to understand things. This must be the new normal for me now. I don't know how to explain it. Some things come easily or are quickly learned. Some things confuse me and/or scare me.

Hello 4am. The folks that treated my mom in the ER tonight were great. The drive to Duluth where she was admitted for more testing was horrendous. White out snow, couldn't see the lines on the roads because of snow cover, 25 to 30 mph which made for a long drive. We made it safe though and she's resting peacefully.

Here's hoping for a better tomorrow, oh wait. It is tomorrow....
