Guac is all about the lime.
And salt.
And the strange green things.
The stranger the better.
Don't overdo the lime! My friend's mom, and quite possibly the best chef on the planet, use too much and we all suffer from it due to her cooking skillz. A little garlic powder and a little more pepper are all you need. Save the lime for the Mexican pisswater AKA Corona.
But it was so good! I love using leftover roasted garlic or fresh, never powdered.
Time to blast the music and dive in!
